Just got back from a relaxing weekend at the Moor Hall Hotel and Spa. Great service in the Oak Room for our evening meal on Friday evening. Thank you to Jake and crew. Lovely place and peaceful setting. Room was spotlessly clean. Will definitely be coming back!

10/10 afternoon with the kids!!
I took my two daughters to the Taylor Swift afternoon tea event and they had such a good day.
The staff created a Taylor Swift inspired cocktail and a mocktail so the kids weren’t left out which was a great additional touch to our day! Taylor Swift herself or (Lauren) was absolutely fantastic,. The staff, service and experience as a whole was truly great, me and my family will definitely be returning.

Very comfortable stay with excellent amenities and lovely staff.
The grounds and hotel are very clean and well kept.
The staff are very welcome and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
There was a lovely evening menu and the breakfast was delicious too.

Moor Hall offers high quality in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.

What a lovely weekend break and terrific atmosphere created by the staff who couldn't do enough for you. We came to celebrate a 50th birthday and the staff pulled out all the stops to ensure our time here was pleasurable.

I booked this SPA and afternoon tea experience as a treat for my daughter’s 18th Birthday..
This experience fulfilled every expectation from the 25 minute treatment, to full access to the leisure facilities and to top it off with a first class after tea… fit for a princess.
Finally the extras that were totally a surprise… the birthday card and the chocolate birthday plate was so thoughtful Thank you to all the staff for my making this experience so memorable and meaningful to my daughter.

Beautiful location. Can’t fault the hotel, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The Spa and Gym were well equipped and spotlessly clean - nothing can beat swimming in a warm pool looking out on pretty frosty gardens in the sunshine. We dined in the Oak Room and enjoyed a first class meal.

We loved everything about our one night break at Moor Hall. The settings of the hotel are picturesque, the room was gorgeous and the food was divine. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this Hotel & Spa enough!
Perfect as an escape for a couple and to celebrate special occasions such as an anniversary.

We stayed here to celebrate my mothers 90th Birthday and I can honestly say the service from all of the staff was outstanding. My mother was worried about staying in a hotel as she hadn’t done so for many years but was treated superbly by everyone. The restaurant staff were attentive professional, flexible and couldn’t do enough for us.
I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

From the warm and friendly welcome of the hotel reception team, to the relaxing spa experience, the quintessentially British afternoon tea, the beautiful and rich 3 course dinner in the Oak Room, leading to a peaceful and comforting nights sleep. Crowned with a magnificent breakfast in the Country Kitchen, the team from start to finish really made this experience memorable and I can’t recommend Moor Hall Hotel more highly. A special thank you to the team working in the oak room, the food and service were outstanding. Thank you and we will be back very soon.

Beautiful grounds, rooms were nice and spacious. The Christmas decorations were lovely.
Room had a little note, welcome drinks and snacks. Despite it being a twin room, had a spacious seating area and enough space for 4 of us to relax and get ready. We had a beautiful view into the gardens.
The spa treatments were lovely, the staff were so attentive and looked after us really well. We wear hijab and the ladies were so accommodating.
The dinner from starters, mocktails, mains and deserts was amazing. Staff ensured the food had no alcohol and attention to deal was lovely.
We had a lovely breakfast and walk on the grounds.
All in all a lovely break and will def return and highly recommend.

Just returned from this beautiful hotel…. Second time staying here. Everything was outstanding. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The Spa/ pool was great for relaxing and was spotless but I think the biggest compliment of the weekend must go to the chef who cooked the most fabulous meal in the Oak Room Brassiere, couldn’t fault it…..

We love this hotel. It was our fourth time here with our 3 children in the last 7 years and it didn't disappoint. Unlike a lot of places, I was pleased to see the standards of customer service and offerings had remained high since COVID. The room was clean and had been refurbed as had some parts of the hotel. What really makes this place a wonderful relaxing break is the quality of the food, (particularly breakfast and dinner in the country kitchen) and the customer service throughout the hotel. Thank you to Priya in housekeeping for making sure we had absolutely everything we could need every day and to the chef who was so friendly when we went to dinner. It's these touches that make the place what it is. The food was delicious. The spa and pool is so relaxing and clean and again, lovely customer service. There is a lovely little wooded area in the grounds for a stroll around. We can't wait to return again, we had a lovely relaxing time, thanks to all the staff at Moor Hall, including the bar and restaurant staff too, who made it such an enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Moor Hall in the Garden room was again faultless, we were well looked after over our four day weekend and felt that they do give that personal touch. Our meal in the Oak Room was again very good and comes highly recommended. We do enjoy our stays here and will be returning.
