About The Charter Suite

The Charter Suite at Moor Hall is the perfect large meeting venue in the Midlands.

Catering for up to 250 delegates, the Charter Suite is a spacious self contained ground floor room with its own direct entrance from the car park and separate bar and surrounding conservatory for relaxation and refreshment between sessions. This is also a fabulous setting for dinner dances of up to 180 people, with the table centre pieces highlighted by pools of light from overhead spotlights. For extra versatility, the Charter Suite divides into two sections – the Sutton and Vesey – so you can hold your meeting in one room and lunch or dinner in the other.

The Bracebridge Room

Named after the Bracebridge Pool in nearby Sutton Park, our Bracebridge Room is a spacious first floor room and is bright and airy.

The two large windows provide lovely views of the surrounding parkland and golf course. A great choice for meetings and private dinners. Conference delegates have access to the hot drinks machine in the corridor just outside the room which serves fairtrade coffee, teas and hot chocolate. 

About The Wentworth Room

Located on the first floor, the spacious and elegant Wentworth room overlooks the front of the hotel.

With natural light flooding in, this fully equipped room comes with WiFi and air conditioning.. The Wentworth is the ideal space for team meetings, brainstorming sessions and corporate dining.

About The Longmoor Room

Named after a pool in nearby Sutton Park, our Longmoor Room is an elegant meeting space.

This first floor room looks out on to the grounds and is suitable for any type of meeting or a small private dinner. Conference delegates have access to the hot drinks machine in the corridor just outside the room which serves fairtrade coffee, teas and hot chocolate. The room comes equipped with a large flatscreen Smart TV with HDMI or BGA connectors. 

About The Aston Room

Our Executive boardroom has been designed expressly for meetings of up to 10 people.

The oak panelled room boasts wonderful scenic views over the surrounding parkland and is equipped with a solid wood boardroom table, comfortable leather swivel chairs, free Wi-Fi access and a built in presentation wall with large flatscreen TV and flipchart. Conference delegates have access to the hot drinks machine in the corridor just outside the room which serves fairtrade coffee, teas and hot chocolate.
