Welcome to Moor Hall Hotel & Spa where our aim is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Moor Hall is full of history, character and charm and has been owned and run by the Webb family for over 60 years - we believe that it’s this personal touch that sets us apart.

Pool & Gym Access

Guests who have booked directly or via Best Western have free access to our leisure facilities which include gym, indoor pool, spa bath, steam room and sauna. Opening times are 6.30am to 9.30pm Monday to Saturday and 8am to 7.30pm on Sunday. Children are permitted in the pool between 8am and 7pm.

Please note a free of £10 per person will be applied for bookings made through a third party site (booking.com, Expedia etc) to use the leisure facilities. 

Please be aware that if you are staying at the hotel and wish to use the pool (including spa bath, sauna and steam room) during your stay at our peak times of Friday, Saturday & Sunday afternoons from 3pm and Sunday mornings from 9am to 12pm you will be required to book a one hour timeslot. Timeslots are used to control the number of guests in the pool area so it doesn't become overcrowded. If you are planning to use the pool outside of these times, there is no need to book a timeslot. Please contact the spa on 314 to book your timeslot.

Parking & Car Charging

Free car parking is available on site for hotel guests. We have 4 electric car rapid charging points. To pay and charge your car please download the Charge Assist app. You will need your own Type 2 cable. There is a £1.50 admin fee to use the EVC and then 65p kwh. 

Room Servicing

Your room will be serviced each day, unless you display a Do Not Disturb sign on your door handle.

Fridges

Fridges are available on request when booking with us, or at reception upon arrival 

Check Out Time

Guests are required to vacate their bedrooms by 11am on the day of departure and the leisure facilities are only available to use until this time. Please remember to deposit your key card at Reception before leaving the hotel.

To save time you can opt for our Express Check Out - just drop your key card in the box at reception. The card you used to check-in will be used for payment. If you wish to pay on a different card, please speak to our Reception team.

Late check out fees are subject to availability, please call reception to check prices and availability during your stay. If not requested, a fine may apply for late check out until 1pm.

Internet Access

Free Wi-Fi is available - please use MoorHallGuestWiFi and sign in to the portal page. 
For Meetings, use MeetingRoomWiFI (the organiser will have the code to access)

You can connect as many devices as you wish with unrestricted usage. If you experience any problems please contact reception. 

Plug Adaptors

Plug adaptors are available from reception for £10. Please contact Reception by dialling “0”.

Toiletries

Complimentary emergency toiletries (shaving kits, toothbrushes and toothpaste) are available at any time from Reception.

As part of our commitment to reduce waste we have installed soap, shampoo and body wash dispensers in guest bathrooms.  A vending machine for ladies’ sanitary items and tights is located in the disabled toilets by Reception.

Valuables

There is a personal safe in your room; items of high value should be offered to Reception for deposit in the main safe and a receipt will be issued.

DVDs

A DVD player and a selection of DVDs is available to borrow from Reception for a deposit of £10. Please contact Reception by dialling “0”.

Bathrobes

A bathrobe is provided in the wardrobe in superior rooms for use during your stay. Should you wish buy a robe to take home they are available from Reception at £30 each.

Wake Up Calls

To request a wake up call from Reception dial “0”, or lift the receiver and dial * 8 #. Dial the time required using the 24 hour clock then redial #. To cancel the alarm call lift the receiver and dial *8#

Smoking

The hotel is entirely non smoking and for the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not allowed in the bedrooms (a £150 fine will apply if this policy is not observed). There are designated smoking areas outside the Lounge Bar and at the bottom of the path leading from the Conservatory.

Taxis

Reception can arrange a taxi for you. Please dial “0”.

Medical Assistance

For urgent medical healthcare that isn't life-threatening please dial the free NHS number 111. The nearest hospital is Good Hope Hospital which is a 6 minute drive and the nearest pharamcy is Ashfurlong which is a 3 minute drive / 10 minute walk across the traffic lights on Tamworth Road.

Make sure you are signed up to Best Western Rewards loyalty programme. You can redeem your reward points for shopping or dining vouchers, days out and much more. Sign up at Reception today.
