Festive Events at Moor Hall

The best Santa I have ever seen and absolutely made the afternoon! Staff work so hard to make sure everyone is served as soon as possible, it’s a huge room to cover! Afternoon tea was lovely and plenty of refills on tea and coffee. The children all seemed to enjoy the entertainment. A lovely afternoon. Thank you to Tom and the team. It was the second time I had been to this event and took the rest of my family this time. It was absolutely magical. The setting was amazing the food and service was impeccable. They kept the children entertained throughout and santa was great. Really great presents too and the magic show finished off a wonderful day. Will be booking this year again.

My son is 8 and is aware that some ‘Santas’ are not the ‘real’ one and I was a little worried that he would think the same today when we went for breakfast with Santa at Moor Hall Hotel. I needn’t have worried! Not only was he the best Santa I’ve ever seen (and we have been to Lapland!) but the whole event was absolutely amazing! Everything about it was so perfect. The room was set up beautifully, the food was great, staff were so helpful when I was asking about allergens.

Spent a lovely afternoon with family at Santa Lunch .. great atmosphere .. kids loved it and no restrictions on noise or running around .. made to feel very welcome. Food and service was great . Santa was spot on with an appropriate present for the age of the children .. although did get a bit distracted by other children when at our table. Magician was great and did fab keeping attention of 50+ adults and children .. a lovely way to start the festive break. Will book for next year

We had an absolutely fabulous time at afternoon tea with Santa yesterday. Food and entertainment was so good and it started our Christmas celebrations off a treat. A special thank you to the gentleman who arranged for the elves to give my two year old grandaughter her treat as she does NOT like Santa

Fantastic Christmas party!

Brought my mom to your Christmas Afternoon Tea and carols. We had a fantastic time. The choir were really good. Charter Suite was decorated beautifully. The afternoon tea was lovely with a range of sandwiches and cakes. A generous supply of rea and coffee and even a little box so we could take home cakes we were too full to eat. Your staff were a credit to you. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
