About Us

Moor Hall Hotel & Spa is a 4* country house hotel in Sutton Coldfield, just north of Birmingham.

Moor Hall is a family-owned hotel and in 2021 we celebrated 60 years of family ownership. Our chairman Michael Webb bought Moor Hall in 1961 when it had 19 bedrooms and over the years added and developed the property to what it is today.

Looking to the future, sustainability is very much at the heart of our business, and we are committed to reducing our impact on the environment.

Whether you are visiting for a spa day, overnight stay, a meeting, to dine or for a celebration, we look forward to welcoming you to Moor Hall!

Our History

Moor Hall has a long and colourful history dating back to the 1600s when Bishop Vesey owned Moor Hall and entertained royalty here.

Webb Group

Moor Hall Hotel & Spa is part of a small group of hotels owned by the Webb family. The other properties in our group are The Gables Hotel near Bristol and The George Hotel and The Cathedral Hotel in Lichfield.
