All Inclusive Prom Package: £3,760 (based on 80 attendees @ £47.00pp)

Room Hire

DJ and dance floor

Buffet - to include:

- Breaded Southern Fried Chicken Strips, garlic mayo

- Mac and Cheese Croquettes

- Mini Veggie and meat slider burgers

- Meat and margarita pizza slices

- Spiced Potato Wedges

- House Coleslaw

- Homemade Chocolate Brownies

- Churros with a white chocolate sauce

Alternatively we can offer our traditional finger buffet

Based on 80 guests. Additional guests are charged at £30 per person.

Room hire supplement will apply to Friday and Saturday dates as below:

Friday +£400 (£52 pp based on 80)

Saturday +£600 (£59.50pp based on 80)

Pick your date and venue: Moor Hall Hotel & Spa in Sutton Coldfield is the ideal venue for up to 180 guests. 
Pick a theme: we have a few suggestions on our Moor Hall Pinterest board! 
Come up with entertainment ideas: we can help with suggesting photobooths, a magician, live music and much more! 
Extra additions: hire our doughnut wall, sweet cart, popcorn machine or ask us about our local suppliers
Book a photographer: we can suggest some great local photographers
Send out invites and advertise in school 
Pick a Prom Song and create a hashtag! 
Finalise - menus, timings, decorations, details and payments
Set up the prom suite and party!
