Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Please be sure to make a note of your cancellation reference number for confirmation.

Important: Cancellations made after 4 PM on the day before your arrival will result in a charge of the full reservation amount to the card used for booking. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
