  1. Step forward into a deep lunge position, with your front foot flat and front knee bent to 90 degrees.
  2. Straighten your back knee and squeeze through the respective glute to feel a deep hip flexor stretch.
  3. Lift your inside hand and rotate your spine towards the roof. Keep your hips and knees straight.
  4. Rotate back to the start. Repeat 10-15 times.
