Our Mindful Meetings offers a refreshing woodland walk – perfect for a quick break or a revitalising walking meeting. Enhance your day further with optional post-lunch yoga or a relaxing swim.

Wellness Walk

The woodland wellness walk is a great way to explore the beautiful grounds at Moor Hall and take some time out during your busy day.

Follow the path through the woodlands and look out for the fairy door trail hidden amongst the trees. There are wish trees for you to take a moment to reflect and tie a ribbon to and artwork created by young adults from YMCA Sutton Coldfield hung in the trees.

Listen out for the wind chimes and visit the pet cemetery too.

Outside Space for Team Building

The lawns and woodlands at Moor Hall are free for you to use for team building activite when you hold a meeting with us. Previous activities have included duck herding, zorbing, crazy races, obstacle courses, tug of war.

After Lunch Yoga

Re-energise and boost creativity with an after lunch yoga stretch session!

Our professional fitness instructors can attend your meeting room after lunch and give a 15 minute desk yoga stretch session. Nothing too strenuous, but it will get the blood pumping and loosen any tired muscles from sitting down all day.

Post-Meeting Work Out

Add on a post-meeting Gym & Swim session

Moor Hall's gym is the perfect place for a post-meeting work out. The top-of-the-range gym features cardio machines, functional fitness areas and weight training area. Add on a gym session for £15 per delegate or a gym & swim session for £25 per delegate, subject to availability.
