Just wanted to thank all the staff at Moor Hall for yesterday, and also to mention I think it was Michelle the manger (sorry if this is wrong) who went above and beyond for everyone that attended her kindness was very much appreciated.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to you and all of the staff at Moor Hall for the wonderful reception that you were able to put on for us last Wednesday to enable us to commemorate my Mum’s life. Everything went perfectly, the room set up, the really helpful attentive and professional staff that you had on that day, the bar manager who also helped my sister set up the laptop and slideshow. You all did Moor Hall proud, and helped make what was for us a difficult day into a day to remember for the positives. As a family, we have held many family events at Moor Hall over the years. You are our go-to hotel locally and after Wednesday I am sure Moor Hall will continue to be so for us. Again, many thanks.

I want to thank you so much for the lovely afternoon we had at Moor Hall in the Oak room following my Mum’s funeral. Please do thank the members of staff who served us for being so kind & attentive and the kitchen team for the lovely food. As a gesture of our appreciation, my sister has left a gratuity at reception. 

We went there after a funeral, the hotel put on a lovely buffet with tea and coffee on the bar so we could help ourselves. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
