What can I say about a hotel that caters to your every need? My son got married here on 16th and the staff were are so attentive to everybody. It was unbelievable, reception to management we could not fault anybody, Claire who was the duty manager on the day and Saj for the evening, they were exceptional. Claire what a special lady, she was absolutely fantastic and James, the bar manager was also unbelievable. May I say nothing was too much trouble and would not hesitate to stay or recommend this hotel. Well done Moor Hall!

I had my wedding here over the weekend and I honestly struggle to put into words how amazing everything was. The staff were amazing, everything ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were really big and had everything you needed in them, beds were extremely comfortable too. All my guests and family members mentioned that our wedding has been the best one they have attended and how beautiful everything was. Me and my bridesmaids also had a spa day with afternoon tea which was just beautiful, the massage was to die for and the afternoon tea was delicious. The Moor Hall team should be extremely proud of themselves and me and my family will remember it for the rest of our lives. Will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone. Thank you again!!!!

Booked a small civil ceremony with one of the best event coordinators I’ve dealt with to date.
Charlotte was super organised, friendly and responsive and went the extra mile to ensure our day was what we wanted. She couldn’t do enough and listened and helped to make it extra special.
A big thanks to her and the Moor Hall staff, would highly recommend Charlotte for your event!

Great Hotel room was very clean. Very spacious bathroom. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was great. We attended a friend’s wedding and the room was well lit with beautiful decorations. The wedding meal was amazing.
