All payments are non-refundable but are transferable to a new date providing you move your booking 48 hours in advance.  If you have a gift voucher you would like to redeem, please contact the hotel directly on 0121 308 3751 or email [email protected] to book. Your gift voucher will act as a deposit, and if you cancel within 24 hours, the voucher value is no longer redeemable.
